Children are a priority at First Baptist; just as they are a priority to God. Our church believes the family has been called to teach their children about God and His plan for their lives. Our aim at FBCC is to join with our families to enable them to lead their children to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

“Even a young man is known by his actions-by whether his behavior is pure and upright.” Proverbs 20:11

We strive through each program we provide to:

• Make sure each child is safe and feels God’s love
• Share Christ with every boy and girl and encourage them to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior
• Have every child feel a connection with Christ and to realize that He needs to be the center of their lives
• Know that the Bible is God’s Word, that it is living and true today
• Help each child be more like Christ at church, at home, at school and with the people around them
• Partner with our parents to provide the tools they need to be Christian parents
• Reach out to families in our community to let them know we are here for them
